Heavenly Creatures (1994)
If you haven’t seen this movie or even the Simpsons’ version, it is about two girls who intensely believe in this fantasy life, their parents believe their fantasy’s are too intense and try to seperate the girls. Not wanting to leave each other they plot to murder one of the girl’s mother, and succeed in killing her. It is based on a true story in 1954, Christchurch (New Zealand), the two girls: Pauline Parker and Juliet Hulme. This then and now is a little different as I will tell you the then and now of the actual girls. Juliet Hulme, now lives in Scotland and is a popular author who writes murder mystery novels. Pauline Parker is now a devout Roman Catholic.
The two have never met since being separated.
